In-House 425-Foot MOTORIZED POWDER COAT Conveyor Line
PREPARATION:
1. Parts are masked, as needed
2. ALL parts are pre-treated with a
5-stage pressurized washer
Stage 1: Heated phosphate cleaner
Stage 2: First DI rinse cycle
Stage 3: Heated iron phosphate coating
Stage 4: Second DI rinse cycle
Stage 5: Sealer
3. Cleaned parts are dried in an oven
POWDER COAT APPLICATION:
1. Your custom color and texture coating applied, using a combination of
Automatic Guns and Manual Application
~ RoHS-compliant coatings
POST APPLICATION:
1. Coated parts are cured in a second oven
~ Reaching temperatures of 450º F
2. Parts are:
• Demasked
• INSPECTED
• Prepared for final packaging

Many of our customers request plating for their parts. We outsource our plating processes on a regular basis, and we work closely with only qualified vendors.
